A monthly ritual of care for women living with endometriosis
For the days when your body has asked a lot of you.
A letter. A small ritual. Something to hold.
Just a moment of care, made for the life you’re actually living.

Sometimes you just need permission to exhale.

A Little Sanctuary in the Mail.
Each month, a small collection of paper goods arrives in the mail with thoughtfully created pieces to read, hold, explore and return to.
- The Letter: A personal note to remind you that your endometriosis experience is seen and understood.
- An Apothecary card: A gentle exploration of botanicals and wisdom of the natural world.
- A Ritual card: A simple practice for reconnecting with yourself. Something you can try today, without adding to your to-do list.
- A Shelter card: A small piece of encouragement, reflection, or wisdom to keep nearby when you need a little support.
- A Pathways card: A place to discover allies from holistic resources you may want to explore further.
- And, from time to time, a little something extra may be tucked inside.
Over time, these small pieces become part of a growing collection – a personal library of words, rituals, botanical wisdom, and reminders – something you can reach for on the days you need a little more care.
The BloomWell Letters will be a paid monthly subscription – a small, tangible ritual of care to look forward to and return to throughout the month.

Why The BloomWell Letters
Living with endometriosis can bring a lot of noise.
Pain. Uncertainty. Appointments. Decisions. Research. Conflicting information. The feeling that you should always be doing something more to understand your body, manage your symptoms, or find the next thing that might help.
It can be a lot for a body and nervous system to carry.
I wanted to create something that offered a different experience.
Something quieter.
The BloomWell Letters are meant to bring a little more calm, steadiness, and peace into the experience of living with endometriosis. Not by ignoring the hard parts, or pretending they can disappear, but by creating a small space that doesn’t ask you to fix, figure out, or fight anything.
A moment to feel seen. A reason to be curious. Something to lean into when you need support. A way to reconnect with yourself today. A reminder that there are still possibilities and people alongside you.
Each month, something arrives in the mail simply because it is meant for you.
Nothing perfect. Nothing to keep up with.
Just something gentle to receive, notice, hold, and return to.
